Chapter 1.4 – Reminder

  1. You can set the days in advance for reminder notification.

    (a) Insurance Day: Enter the number of days in advance for the reminder.

    (b) Road Tax Expired: Enter the number of days in advance for the reminder.

    (c) Asset Return:

    (i) Enter the number of days in advance for the reminder.

    (ii) Asset Return Date will be reflected under Asset Transfer > Return Date.

    (iii) For example, if you key in 7 days as a reminder notification, the system will remind you 7 days before you need to return the asset to its new                        department, project, location, or employee.

      (d) Asset Service: Enter the number of days in advance for the reminder.

      Asset Service Date will be reflected under Asset Maintenance > New/Edit > Asset Service Maintenance > Next Service Date.

        (e) Leasing Expired: Enter the number of days in advance for the reminder.

        (f) Warranty Expired: Enter the number of days in advance for the reminder.
