Chapter 3.1 – Cost Allocation Project/Department Maintenance

Maintain Cost Allocation Posting by Project/Department, by asset code as part of general maintenance activities.

This will avoid the need to do it one by one for each asset.

  1. Go to Asset Register > Cost Allocation Posting Project/Department Maintenance.

    2. Click to add a department or project. The total percentage must equal to 100%.

    3. The Cost Allocation Posting Project/Department has already been preset as default in Settings.

    4. You can select either department or project as posting method.
