Chapter 1.1 – Window Interface

1）AutoCount 2.0 features a brand new interface that is designed to improve the user experience.

The main features of the home screen include the ability to:

  • Customize the home screen with different widgets, layouts, and colors to suit your preferences.
  • Share your customized home screen with other devices or users using the import and export functions.
  • Multi-functional files can be used to create a more user-friendly experience (UX).
  • Widgets use charts and graphs to display summarized information.
  • Use the drill down feature to explore charts and graphs in more detail.

2) Access Right Setting

  • Allow users to customize the home screen.

2.1 Go to Menu → General Maintenance → User Maintenance

2.2 At User Maintenance → Select User ID → Edit

2.3 Go to Access Right → AutoCount Accounting → Main Page → Allow Customize Widget Control, Allow Customize Start Screen & Save Start Screen Layout → Tick the direct access rights check box → Save

3) Customize Settings

3.1 Click the settings icon.

3.2The settings will display at the bottom of the settings icon.
