Chapter 4.1.1 – Copy User & User Group
Copy User
- To save time, you can copy the access rights of an existing user when creating a new user.
Create New User (with Copy User)
Go to Genenral Maintenance → User Maintenance → New.
Enter the new user login ID in the User Login ID field > click Copy From.
To copy the access rights of an existing user, select ID to copy from.
Select particulars to copy, then click Save

- User Group Maintenance is a useful tool for saving time and ensuring that all staff members are assigned the correct roles.
Go to General Maintenance → User Group Maintenance.
Click New to create User Group.
Enter the user group ID > click Copy From.
To copy the access rights of an existing group, select the User Group to Copy From.
Click OK
Modify access rights if required, then click Save.
Note
- If you are using AutoCount Accounting 1.9, you will need to manually assign access rights to each user and user group. The copy function is not available in this version.
